Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the melted butter, warm milk, and egg to the banana mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
