
Banana Cream Pie Bars
These delicious banana cream pie bars are a perfect combination of a classic banana cream pie and a sweet dessert bar.
Ingredients
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (1 cup)
- Milk (2 cups)
- Vanilla pudding mix (2 boxes (3.4 oz each))
- Bananas (3 large, sliced)
- Butter (1/2 cup, melted)
- Graham cracker crumbs (2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled bars.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
