Ripe bananas
3 large, peeled and sliced
Milk
1/2 cup (can substitute with almond milk or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
Honey
2 tablespoons (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon

  2. Place the banana slices in a ziplock bag and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
  3. Once the bananas are frozen, transfer them to a blender or food processor.
