Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
1 tablespoon, or to taste
Yogurt
1 cup, plain or vanilla
Ripe bananas
2 medium-sized

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into several chunks for easier blending.
  2. Place the banana chunks, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes.
