- 1/2 pound, cooked and sliced Pork belly
- 1, cooked and sliced Chicken breast
- 1/2 pound, sliced Ham
- 1 cup, julienned Carrots
- 1 cup, julienned Daikon radish
- 1, thinly sliced Cucumber
- 1, thinly sliced Jalapeno
- 1/2 cup, fresh leaves Cilantro
- 1, cut into wedges Lime
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the baguette into 4 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the baguette pieces for about 10 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and golden.
