  • Baguette (1, split into 4 pieces)
  • Pork belly (1/2 pound, cooked and sliced)
  • Chicken breast (1, cooked and sliced)
  • Ham (1/2 pound, sliced)
  • Carrots (1 cup, julienned)
  • Daikon radish (1 cup, julienned)
  • Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
  • Jalapeno (1, thinly sliced)
  • Cilantro (1/2 cup, fresh leaves)
  • Lime (1, cut into wedges)
  • Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
  • Sriracha (2 tablespoons)
  • White vinegar (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the baguette into 4 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the baguette pieces for about 10 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and golden.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha to create a spicy mayo; set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the julienned carrots, daikon radish, white vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let this mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to pickle the vegetables.
  6. Spread the spicy mayo generously on the toasted baguette pieces.
