Ingredients
- Baguette
- 1, split into 4 pieces
- Pork belly
- 1/2 pound, cooked and sliced
- Chicken breast
- 1, cooked and sliced
- Ham
- 1/2 pound, sliced
- Carrots
- 1 cup, julienned
- Daikon radish
- 1 cup, julienned
- Cucumber
- 1, thinly sliced
- Jalapeno
- 1, thinly sliced
- Cilantro
- 1/2 cup, fresh leaves
- Lime
- 1, cut into wedges
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup
- Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons
- White vinegar
- 1/2 cup
- Sugar
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the baguette into 4 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the baguette pieces for about 10 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and golden.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha to create a spicy mayo; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the julienned carrots, daikon radish, white vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let this mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to pickle the vegetables.
- Spread the spicy mayo generously on the toasted baguette pieces.
