This recipe, often referred to as 'Vietnamese Pizza', is a testament to the creativity found in street food stalls across Vietnam, particularly in the bustling city of Saigon.
Ingredients
- Lime wedges

- Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- Bean sprouts
- 1 cup
- Green onions
- 2, finely chopped

- Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Rice paper

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush each side of the rice paper sheets with cooking oil. Lay them on the heated grill. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn crispy and lightly browned. Once done, set them aside to cool.
- In a separate pan, heat the remaining cooking oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and pork belly. Cook until they are fully cooked and slightly crispy. This should take around 5-7 minutes.
- Top each grilled rice paper sheet with the cooked shrimp and pork belly, chopped green onions, and bean sprouts. Drizzle with fish sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce.

Tips
