
Barbecue Glazed Country Potatoes
These country-style potatoes are coated in a sweet and tangy barbecue glaze, then roasted until crispy and golden.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Barbecue sauce (1/2 cup)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Potatoes (4 large, cut into chunks)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
