- Hamburger buns (4, preferably whole grain or brioche)
- BBQ sauce (1 cup, homemade or store-bought)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (1 cup, shredded)
- Pickles (1/2 cup, sliced)
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
