Experience the essence of summer with these delightful Beachside Sliders. Not just mini burgers, these are a celebration of fresh ingredients and tantalizing flavors, all packed into a compact, tasty package. The succulent beef patties, topped with a slice of melty cheddar, are nestled in soft slider buns. Each burger is adorned with a vibrant array of classic toppings: crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, sharp onion, and tangy pickles. The crowning glory is the trio of traditional sauces - ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, which mingle to give these sliders a delectable tangy kick. Ideal for a beach picnic or any summer gathering, these sliders are a bite of sunshine in every mouthful.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

Salt and pepper
to taste
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Mustard
1/4 cup
Ketchup
1/4 cup
Pickles
8 slices
Onion
1, small, finely sliced
Tomato
1, thinly sliced
Lettuce
8 leaves
Cheddar cheese
8 slices
Slider buns
8
Ground beef
1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into small patties. Season each patty liberally with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. For a medium burger, aim for an internal temperature of 160°F.
  4. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Close the grill lid to help the cheese melt.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the buns. Spread an equal amount of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Once the patties are cooked, place them on the prepared buns. Top each patty with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a few onion slices, and a pickle slice.
  7. Cover each burger with the top half of the bun.
  8. Serve immediately, while the burgers are still warm and the cheese is melted.
