Ingredients
- Salt and pepper

- Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup
- Mustard
- 1/4 cup
- Ketchup
- 1/4 cup
- Pickles
- 8 slices
- Onion
- 1, small, finely sliced
- Tomato
- 1, thinly sliced
- Lettuce
- 8 leaves
- Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices
- Slider buns
- 8
- Ground beef
- 1 pound
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into small patties. Season each patty liberally with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. For a medium burger, aim for an internal temperature of 160°F.
- During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Close the grill lid to help the cheese melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the buns. Spread an equal amount of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
- Once the patties are cooked, place them on the prepared buns. Top each patty with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a few onion slices, and a pickle slice.
- Cover each burger with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately, while the burgers are still warm and the cheese is melted.
