
Beef and Bean Burrito
This delicious beef and bean burrito is filled with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and cheese.
Ingredients
- Salsa (1/2 cup)
- Sour cream (1/2 cup)
- Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- Flour tortillas (4 large)
- Refried beans (1 can (16 ounces))
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cumin (1 teaspoon)
- Chili powder (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 medium, chopped)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the refried beans and stir until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.
- Divide the beef and bean mixture among the tortillas.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately.
