Beef and Bean Burrito

This delicious beef and bean burrito is filled with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Salsa (1/2 cup)
  • Sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • Flour tortillas (4 large)
  • Refried beans (1 can (16 ounces))
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Cumin (1 teaspoon)
  • Chili powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Onion (1 medium, chopped)
  • Ground beef (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the refried beans and stir until heated through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.
  5. Divide the beef and bean mixture among the tortillas.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll up tightly.
  8. Serve immediately.
