Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set this sauce mixture aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
