Ingredients

- Ginger (1 tablespoon, freshly grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Oyster sauce (1/4 cup)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Bell peppers (2, thinly sliced)
- Carrots (2, thinly sliced)
- Broccoli florets (2 cups)
- Noodles (8 ounces)
- Beef sirloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, and sesame oil. This will be your stir fry sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef sirloin slices and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are nicely browned. Once done, remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
