Ingredients

Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons, for garnish
Green onions
2, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Ginger
1 tablespoon, freshly grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Oyster sauce
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Bell peppers
2, thinly sliced
Carrots
2, thinly sliced
Broccoli florets
2 cups
Noodles
8 ounces
Beef sirloin
1 pound, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, and sesame oil. This will be your stir fry sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add the beef sirloin slices and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are nicely browned. Once done, remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, thinly sliced carrots, and bell peppers. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp yet tender.
  6. Add the cooked beef and noodles back to the skillet.
  7. Pour the stir fry sauce over the beef, noodles, and vegetables. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  9. Garnish the stir fry with thinly sliced green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your journey to Asia with every bite!
