- Beef sirloin (1 lb, thinly sliced)
- Scallions (1 bunch, cut into 2-inch pieces)
- Fresh ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Oyster sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth. This is your stir fry sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until it starts to shimmer.
- Add the beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until it is browned. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir fry for a minute until fragrant.
