Savory Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry

- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 inch, grated Fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 cups Snow peas
- 1 pound, thinly sliced Beef sirloin
- for serving Steamed rice or noodles

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Whisk until well mixed and cornstarch is fully dissolved. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and grated ginger to the same skillet. Stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase heat to high, add snow peas and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce mixture over the beef and snow peas. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and fully coats the beef and snow peas.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles, and enjoy.
