- Milk

- Bell peppers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced bell peppers and onion to the skillet, sautéing until they soft and aromatic, about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, briskly whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Evenly pour the egg mixture over the sautéed bell peppers and onion in the skillet, ensuring it seeps into every nook.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the egg mixture, distributing it evenly.
