Ingredients

Ripe peaches
2 large
Simple syrup
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Ice
1 cup
Prosecco
1 bottle, chilled
Fresh mint leaves
for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and pitting the peaches. Cut them into chunks and place them in a blender.
  2. Blend the peaches until you achieve a smooth puree. If you prefer a less pulpy texture, you may strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.
