Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and packed brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the large egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition until a smooth dough forms.
- Gently fold in the toasted sesame seeds until evenly incorporated.
