4 cups
Onion
1 medium, finely chopped
Tomato
1 medium, finely chopped
Boiled potato
1 medium, peeled and diced
Green chili
1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Salt
to taste
Roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon
Chaat masala
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Mint chutney
2 tablespoons
Tamarind chutney
2 tablespoons
Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, diced boiled potato, green chili, and fresh cilantro. Gently mix to combine without crushing the puffed rice.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to create a flavorful dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the puffed rice mixture and toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated, taking care not to break the puffed rice.
