- Green chili

- Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Salt

- Roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
- Mint chutney
- 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons
- Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, diced boiled potato, green chili, and fresh cilantro. Gently mix to combine without crushing the puffed rice.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to create a flavorful dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the puffed rice mixture and toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated, taking care not to break the puffed rice.
