Bhel Puri is a popular Indian street food snack made with puffed rice, vegetables, chutneys, and spices.
Ingredients
- Salt (to taste)
- Roasted cumin powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Chaat masala (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) (1/2 cup)
- Mint chutney (2 tablespoons)
- Tamarind chutney (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Green chili (1, finely chopped)
- Potato (1 medium, boiled and diced)
- Tomato (1 medium, finely chopped)
- Onion (1 medium, finely chopped)
- Puffed rice (2 cups)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, potato, green chili, and cilantro.
- Add the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
- Garnish with sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) and additional cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious Bhel Puri!
