- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste) Red chili powder

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan, cooking for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still vibrant in color.
- Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
