- Garlic, minced (1 tablespoon)
- Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)
- Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
- Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (to taste)
- Cooking oil (2 tablespoons)
- Onion, finely chopped (1 medium)
- Tomatoes, chopped (2 medium)
- Green chilies, chopped (2)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the boneless meat, grated ginger, minced garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well, ensuring the meat is well coated with the spices. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- Next, add the marinated meat to the pan. Sauté the meat until it turns brown and is well-coated with the spices.
