2 cups
Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup

Eggs
2
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Milk
1/2 cup
Confectioners' sugar
4 cups
Boiling water
1/4 cup
Semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  9. Spread the vanilla icing onto one half of each cookie.
  10. Stir the melted chocolate into the remaining icing until smooth, then spread this chocolate icing onto the other half of each cookie.
  11. Let the cookies stand until the icing is set.
