Mint leaves
4-6 fresh leaves for garnish
Ice cubes
as needed
Sparkling water
1 cup
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
Cherry juice
1/2 cup, pure and unsweetened
Frozen cherries
1 cup

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen cherries, cherry juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, ensuring all the cherries are fully processed.
  3. Prepare two glasses and fill them with ice cubes to your preference.
  4. Evenly distribute the cherry mixture over the ice cubes in both glasses.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water, filling it up to create a nice fizz.
  6. Gently stir the mixture in each glass to combine the sparkling water with the cherry mixture.
  7. Finally, garnish with fresh mint leaves. You can lightly slap the mint leaves in your palm before adding them to the glass to release their aroma.
  8. Serve immediately for the best taste and enjoy this refreshing, fruity drink!
