Servings: 10

Ingredients

Blackberries
1 cup, fresh or frozen
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Coconut oil
1/4 cup
Honey
1/3 cup
Chia seeds
2 tablespoons
Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup
Almonds
1/2 cup, chopped
Oats
2 cups, old-fashioned

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Heat over low flame, stirring until the ingredients melt and integrate into a smooth, fragrant mixture.
  4. Pour the warm honey mixture over the oat mixture. Stir well until every oat, nut, and seed is coated with the sweet, aromatic blend.
  5. Spread the coated oat mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through, stir the granola to ensure even browning.
  7. Once the granola is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven. Let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. After the granola has cooled, gently mix in the blackberries.
  9. Store your Blackberry Bliss Granola in an airtight container. It stays fresh and crunchy for up to 2 weeks.
  10. Serve it with your choice of yogurt or milk, or simply enjoy it as a healthy, on-the-go snack!
