Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Heat over low flame, stirring until the ingredients melt and integrate into a smooth, fragrant mixture.
