Blackberries
1 cup, fresh or frozen
Yogurt
1 cup, plain and unsweetened
Honey
2 tablespoons, adjust to taste
Mint leaves
a handful, plus extra for garnish
Ice cubes
1 cup
Water (optional)
1/4 cup, to adjust consistency
