Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh blackberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and granulated sugar.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, ensuring that the blackberries are fully pureed.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher to remove any seeds and pulp, pressing gently with a spatula to extract maximum juice.
