Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Bread (4 slices)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Avocado (1, sliced)
- Blackberry syrup (1/4 cup)
- Chicken breast (2 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
