Fresh strawberries
3, plus extra for garnish
Fresh lemon juice
1 ounce
Strawberry liqueur
1 ounce
Sweet vermouth
1 ounce
Gin
2 ounces
Ice
as needed

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the fresh strawberries. Muddle 2 strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release their juices.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Add the gin, sweet vermouth, strawberry liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well until chilled, approximately 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with the remaining fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful summer cocktail!
