Buffalo Blue Cheese Hot Dog
The Buffalo Blue Cheese Hot Dog is a culinary delight that combines the all-American favorite hot dog with the spicy kick of buffalo wings. The tangy blue cheese crumbles offer a cooling counterpoint to the hot buffalo sauce, while the crisp celery adds a refreshing crunch. This recipe is a nod to the city of Buffalo, New York, where buffalo wings were first invented. This dish is perfect for a backyard BBQ, game day, or any day you want to spice things up a bit.

- For extra crunch, you can also add some coleslaw on top of the hot dogs.
- If you're not a fan of blue cheese, you can substitute it with ranch dressing.
