Refreshing Blueberry Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

Honey

1/4 cup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Water

4 cups, divided

Lemon juice

1 cup, freshly squeezed

Cucumber

1 medium, sliced

Blueberries

2 cups, fresh or frozen

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, cucumber slices, lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and honey.
2. Blend until smooth and well combined, ensuring that the blueberries and cucumber are fully incorporated.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any solids, pressing down gently with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blueberry cucumber lemonade over the ice.
7. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a burst of aroma.
