- Pancake mix

- Milk
- 1 cup
- Egg

- Fresh blueberries
- 1 cup
- Unsalted butter

- Flour tortillas
- 4 (10-inch)
- Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and egg. Whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the pancake batter, being careful not to crush them.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
