- Bok choy

- Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup
- Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon
- Water

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the hot skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.
- Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the beef and vegetables thoroughly.
