Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Chili garlic sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add bok choy and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
