  • Firm tofu (14 ounces, diced)
  • Bok choy (2 cups, chopped)
  • Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Hoisin sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
  • Green onions (2, sliced (for garnish))
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the diced tofu to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
  4. Add the chopped bok choy to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until it wilts down and becomes tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well to evenly coat the bok choy in the sauce.
