Scrod fillets
4 (6-ounce) fillets
Salt

Pepper

Fresh dill
2 tablespoons, chopped
Fresh parsley

Lemon
1, juiced and zested
Breadcrumbs
1 cup, preferably seasoned
Unsalted butter
4 tablespoons, melted
Olive oil
1 tablespoon

Instructions
