Boston Style Clam Bake

Ingredients

- Lemon

- 1 tablespoon

- 1/2 cup, melted
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced

- 1 large, chopped
- Potatoes
- 4, quartered
- Corn on the cob
- 4, halved
- Clams
- 2 pounds, cleaned
- Lobsters
- 2, 1 1/2 pounds each
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the lobsters and clams to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the clams have opened and the lobsters have turned bright red.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the lobsters and clams from the pot and set them aside to cool.
- In the same pot of boiling water, add the corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- While the vegetables are cooking, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Drain the cooked vegetables and arrange them along with the lobsters and clams on a large platter.
- Brush the seafood and vegetables with melted butter, then sprinkle them generously with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seafood and vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly charred.
