Ingredients

Lime wedges

Chopped cilantro
1/4 cup
Chopped green onions
1/4 cup
Chopped tomatoes
1 cup
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
2 cups
Sour cream
1 cup
Salsa
1 cup
Guacamole
1 cup
Refried beans
1 can (15 oz), warmed
Tortilla chips
1 large bag (10 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the warmed refried beans until smooth. Spread the refried beans evenly over the tortilla chips.
  4. Layer the guacamole on top of the beans, followed by the salsa, ensuring every chip gets a bit of flavor.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the top.
  6. Generously top everything with shredded cheese, covering the chips completely.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
