Milk
1 cup, whole or plant-based
Baobab powder
1-2 tablespoons
Honey
1-2 tablespoons (to taste)
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon, plus extra for garnish

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Whisk in the baobab powder until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mixture, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes until hot and frothy.
  5. Pour the baobab latte into a mug and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon on top for garnish.
