Belgian endive
6 heads

Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Belgian endive by trimming the bottoms and removing any wilted outer leaves.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the broth, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

  6. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let the endive simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
