Brazilian Pão de Queijo

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, vegetable oil, and salt over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture begins to boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the tapioca flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic to the bowl. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
- With wet hands, shape the dough into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Pão de Queijo are golden brown and have a crispy exterior.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for the best texture and flavor!
