- Tortillas
- 4 (10-inch) flour or corn
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave for about 20 seconds until pliable.
