Bacon
6 slices, cooked and crumbled
Eggs
4, large
Tortillas
4 (10-inch) flour or corn

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
