Topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, this latte is a comforting treat that's perfect for a chilly afternoon or a relaxed weekend morning.

Serves 1

Ingredients

Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon for garnish
Whipped cream
2 tablespoons
Caramel syrup
2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Bremen biscotti
1 biscuit
Milk
1 cup
Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot or 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Be careful to avoid scorching the milk.
  3. Add the Bremen biscotti, vanilla extract, and caramel syrup to a blender.
  4. Pour the hot milk and espresso or coffee over the ingredients in the blender. Be sure the lid is secure before blending.
  5. Blend the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy. This should take about 1 minute.
  6. Pour the frothy latte into a large mug.
  7. Top the latte with whipped cream. Be generous with the cream for a truly indulgent experience.
  8. Gently dust the whipped cream with cocoa powder to garnish. The cocoa adds a beautiful visual contrast and a hint of rich chocolate flavor.
  9. Serve the Bremen Biscotti Latte hot and enjoy immediately for the best taste and temperature.

Tips

  • 💡 For a dairy-free version, substitute the milk with almond milk or oat milk.
  • 💡 For an extra biscotti flavor, garnish the latte with crumbled biscotti on top of the whipped cream.
