Brie and Cranberry Omelette

Embark on a culinary journey with this exquisite Brie and Cranberry Omelette. Ingredients

Eggs
3 large
Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon
Brie Cheese
50 grams, thinly sliced
Cranberry Sauce
2 tablespoons
Salt
1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Season the beaten eggs with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, spreading it around to evenly coat the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them cook undisturbed for about two minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  4. Arrange the thinly sliced brie cheese on one half of the omelette. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the brie.
  5. Using a spatula, gently fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
  6. Let the omelette cook for another minute to allow the cheese to start melting. Then, carefully flip the omelette and cook for another minute to ensure the cheese is fully melted.
