Ingredients

  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Milk (2 tablespoons)
  • Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
  • Eggs (4)
  • Broccoli florets (1 cup, steamed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the steamed broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and let it cook undisturbed for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
