Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped broccoli into the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and milk until a smooth mixture forms.
- Gradually pour the flour and milk mixture into the pot with the broccoli, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
