Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chopped semi-sweet chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined and slightly frothy.
