- Butter
- 2 tablespoons, plus more for greasing
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon
- Raisins
- 1 cup
- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon
- Granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup
- Eggs
- 3 large
- Whole milk
- 2 cups
- Stale bread
- 6 cups, cubed (preferably italian or french bread)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking dish with butter.

- Dot the top of the pudding with small pieces of butter to enhance the richness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. This dessert can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
