Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- 1 large head, cut into florets
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons, melted
- Celery sticks

- Blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and beginning to brown.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce mixture by combining the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce mixture over it. Toss gently to ensure all the florets are coated.
