- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (1 cup, shredded)
- Blue cheese crumbles (1/2 cup)
- Hamburger buns (4, toasted)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, ensuring they are slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink during cooking.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
