This buffalo chicken sandwich is a spicy and flavorful twist on a classic sandwich.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Hamburger buns (2)
- Red onion (4 slices)
- Tomato (2 slices)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Buffalo sauce (1/4 cup)
- Chicken breast (2 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and mayonnaise.
