
Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich

Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Bread (4 slices)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Blue cheese (1/4 cup, crumbled)
- Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
- Buffalo sauce (1/2 cup)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the buffalo sauce until well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and blue cheese together to make the dressing.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the blue cheese dressing on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and buffalo shrimp on two bread slices.
